I am convinced that Riddle would be an excellent choice for the position of Management Trainee. While he attended Snodgrass College he took multiple liberal arts courses and applied them to business in new and unique ways that impressed me greatly. He also wrote the best undergraduate paper I’ve received since I came to Snodgrass six years ago. I learned a lot from it myself. He has a vast knowledge of the English language. The term paper was just a reflection of his intelligence. As far as the statistical aspect of the course, he easily solved any mathematical problem I gave him. Although Riddle is temperamental, moody, and somewhat of a loner, I think he is a gamble worth taking because he has the potential to be a great asset to your company.

Uriah Randolph Riddle was my most intelligent student, with all of the liberal arts classes he took and applied to business. He had multiple brilliant papers that I had the privilege of reading, especially his term paper relating different management styles to modern theories of psychology that I gave the grade A+, I even learned a lot from it myself. The paper showed me how well he can use the English language to his advantage. It was a very well written paper. He is very good at mathematics and aced every math problem on every test. I believe that you would be taking a huge risk in hiring him because even with his intelligence he has negative characteristics such as, he is temperamental and moody. His appearance, although it’s been several years since I've seen him, left much to be desired, especially for a management position. As far as his dependability, he repeatedly missed classes, often without explanation. I would not consider him much of a team player. He didn’t participate in one of my class’s required group projects because he claimed “they are all idiots.”

With all that said the choice is yours.

This is a story I wrote for English class.

“Get in this boat, Hon.” William said to his wife, Lilly, after her hesitation to get on the boat.
“I don’t think I want to go with you any more after the way you've been treating me.” She said, stopping just before the ramp.
“The way I've been treating you?”
“Yes, you don’t like the way I cook anymore and you never want to spend time with me. I don’t think I will go with you.”
“Of course I want to spend time with you that's why we're taking this cruise.”
“You used to like the food I fixed for you.”
“Next time I'll just keep my mouth shut and eat it.”
“Next time you'll make it yourself.”
“Listen, Hon, I didn’t mean to upset you when I said the stake was too salty. Please get on the boat.”
“I'm going, but not because you want me to. I'm going because I want this vacation.” She stomped past him up the ramp to the boat. “Come on the boat’s not going to wait for you.”
After checking in and finding the room they made their way to the dining lounge for dinner.
William ordered a stake.
“This is delicious,” he said then looked at his wife realizing she didn’t want to hear it, “Of course, not as good as yours.”
“So, you have decided you liked the stake I fixed for you yesterday, have you? Well let me help you with this one” she said as she stood up and shook the salt shaker over his stake.
William not about to let her win took a big bite of the stake.
“Enjoy,” she said as she marched out of the dinning lounge.

I'm in a painting class this semester and have now started 4 paintings all of which I made the canvas for.
And am to have framed but the framing part isn't as easy and frankly the table saw scares me.

Moving is fun!

Me and some friends helped a friend move yesterday. She lived in an apartment on the top floor so we did a lot of up and down.
You should see her new place it is so cute. I told her that when she moves out I want it. the kitchen has a pull out table.:)I had never heard of such a thing, she has a secret cupboard and a fire place and cupboards galore.
I was very happy that the guys were there and they came in very handy when it came time to move the couches and the washer/dryer. :) They both survived (note to self: never live on the top floor.) :)

I have signed up for swat cash and am wondering if it is actually good for anything.
I have been finding myself stumbling around the site asking so what do I do know!
I'll keep to it for a little longer and let you know what I made of it!
