I'm making a Dress  and this is the fabric I'm using.

Weekender Bag

I just made this Amy Butler weekender bag for a client. It’s a great bag! I must say its inspired me to make one for myself and design bags of my own.

 I also made her a java jacket of my own design.

This was  defiantly a learning experience.   Pipping is most difficult to sew on a big bulky bag.

Deconstruct Reconstruct Project

I’ve started a new Deconstruct Reconstruct project.

I’m going to reinvent these Arizona Bermuda shorts.

I love the star print on the inside waist band I am going to make that visible in the new design.

I don’t remember where I got them from or how much I paid but someone paid just .97 cents on clearance according to the original tag that was still attached.

When I deconstruct a garment to make it new I make sure to keep all the pieces together in one place so I don’t lose them.

I put just 14min into deconstructing and I’m already tiered not to mention its 2am so I have to put it down and get some sleep
